Terms and Conditions for Pre-Print Offer :
.  This offer is not binding on either party until the book is available for delivery, at which time full payment will be required in advance or on a COD basis.
.  Only Pre- print order forms completed and submitted on time will be entitled to purchase the Book at the special price of R400 per book
.  If the purchaser is vat registered, 14% vat will be added, and a Vat invoice can be provided.

.  Payment will be in the form of EFT to a specific account to be advised.

.  All Orders will be contacted to verify details and provide updates on the Print process/delivery.

.  Any orders for 3 or more books will be subject to a deposit of R100 per book, which will be offset against the final costs, or refunded if the quantities change or the book is not delivered for any reason by the 30th September 2014.
